About The Position

We are seeking a talented Sales individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Worcester. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home after an initial training and probation period. The role: Sales Advisor (Client Advisor) Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in insurance, eager to excel at a market-leading insurance broker? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Enterprise Sales team, focusing on small to mid-sized commercial businesses. Requirements

  • Previous target driven sales experience
  • Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential insurance clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to present to prospective clients
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
  • Excellent Time Management

Responsibilities

  • Prospect relationship development and management
  • Project management from initial point of prospect contact to transition to client
  • Deliver sales and growth with a focus on your dedicated industry sector

  • Provide insight and thought leadership within your dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders
