As Sales Administrator at Ashtead Technolog, you will be responsible for ensuring all sales enquiries are responded to immediately and that the sales support and office administration duties are completed efficiently. Day to day you'll be involved in: Answering incoming calls and sales emails, directing the enquiry to the appropriate internal salesperson Assist with the provision of sales quotations, by generating ERP quotations with the assistance of the internal sales team Liaise with sales team and clients alike to ensure rental share reports are sent out to suppliers as soon as possible Manage new customer set-up in the ERP system and ensure current customer accounting information and payment terms are up to date Manage end-to-end invoicing, including proformas, contract verification, and monthly billing across all AME offices Oversee accounts receivable, maintain accurate debtor records, and act as primary contact for Houston and key accounts on past-due invoices Drive process improvements, including transitioning customers from check to ACH payments and preparing weekly flash reports Support sales operations by coordinating customer focused events, site visits and travel arrangements
