About The Position

ATI Forged Products is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Sales team at our Cudahy, Wisconsin facility (Greater Milwaukee Area). This role plays a critical part in managing the flow of customer orders from entry through fulfillment. The Sales Administrator partners closely with Sales Engineers, Production, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure customer requirements are accurately processed, communicated, and executed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can manage multiple priorities, and maintains exceptional attention to detail. The Sales Administrator is responsible for the administration, coordination, and review of customer contracts and open orders. This position ensures all contract documents, revisions, and communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with ATI’s capabilities and customer specifications. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to respond effectively to shifting priorities throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of professional experience OR Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field with 1+ year of professional experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across departments
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Prior customer service or contract administration experience
  • Experience working with MRP systems

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer requirements related to orders, correspondence, order changes, and cancellations
  • Ensure accurate entry, review, and maintenance of contract documents and revisions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for open order communication for assigned accounts
  • Provide Sales Engineers with material availability and production status updates
  • Interface with Production, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure alignment on customer requirements
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to order status, schedule changes, and production updates
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns in collaboration with internal teams
  • Support customer plant visits and offsite discussions as needed
  • Ensure continued compliance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards
