About The Position

Position Purpose: The Sales Administrator must believe in, practice and initiate all Green Brick Partners values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners. The Sales Administrator acts as a support system to the Sales Team and Sales Manager. The Sales Administrator assists all Onsite Community agents, provides training and knowledge in CRM systems, manages all community listings, and manages all commissions due to the Onsite Community agent.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all Traffic reporting including daily, weekly and end of the month
  • Manages Eliant reporting per community and CSM monthly
  • Provides weekly report on available inventory homes
  • Reviews all Community inventory price sheets for accuracy
  • Coordinates with Sales for all listing information
  • Monitors company website for listing accuracy and photos
  • Coordinates company Sales Meetings
  • Monitors and audits MLS listings
  • Oversees and prepares all sales supplies
  • Manages and prepares payroll for all Trophy Signature Homes CSMs and Assistants
  • Manages and prepares company accrual report at month end
  • Oversees all Competition reporting
  • Prepares Sales Manual for all new agents
  • Code all Sales related invoices and provide to Accounting for payment
  • Oversees and audits spec pricing
  • Maintains and distributes Sales Phone List
  • Special projects as assigned by President or VP of Sales
