About The Position

Join our team as a Sales Manager Assistant and support the daily operations of our new- and used-vehicle sales departments. You’ll play a key role in handling administrative tasks, helping our sales managers run an efficient and successful department.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Basic math skills for sales reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and scheduling department staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks to support sales goals and improve department efficiency.
  • Help develop budgets, forecast goals, and track progress for both the team and individual salespeople.
  • Assist in inventory management and ensure dealership policies are followed.
  • Collaborate on sales meetings, regulatory compliance, and cross-department teamwork.
