As a Sales Administrator, you assist the Sales Department in reviewing and processing all contracts for compliance and accuracy. Your primary goal is to ensure the contract meets the organization standards to ensure superior customer satisfaction. You support the sales team with general operations to reach company objectives. Compiling sales packets to prepare sales team for customer appointments and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained is also another important part of this role. You enjoy the variety inherent in your job and feel good about the important part you play in helping us build our loyal customer base!

Requirements

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office. (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role, required.
  • Strong math aptitude.
  • Education – Associates degree in Business Administration preferred; or two years of experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
