Our Sales Administrator builds as many reports as they do relationships with our customers and sales reps around the state! Eat. Sleep. Build Beer Reports. Repeat: Our Sales Administrator builds and runs multiple reports, updates data in our company software, and answers phone calls and emails while providing support to our staff. We take great pride in choosing Sales Administrators who enjoy talking to people, have advanced computer knowledge and can stay organized. This position will work from our Kalamazoo Headquarters Monday-Friday. Like a fine wine, Imperial Beverage has been getting better with age since 1933.   • Maintain a high level of Encompass knowledge
  • Track sales data, goals, incentives, and program execution
  • Update templates such as incentive forms, as needed
  • Manage and update scorecard reports
  • Maintain supplier reports
  • Prepare and update reports and sales dashboards
  • Additional duties and responsibilities to be determined
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and some college education preferred
  • One or more years' administrative experience preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail while working within deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Must possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalism
