About The Position

The Sales Administrator will support our sales team, office staff, and customers by handling clerical & administrative duties. The chosen candidate must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be a team player.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in administration
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Must have experience working in multiple ERP systems
  • Must be able to multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet customers/vendors
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Schedule UPS/UPS Freight pickups
  • Create and enter sales orders
  • Coordinate with dispatch on delivery locations
  • Trace, track, and expedite fuel orders
  • Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
