About The Position

A DAY IN THE LIFE Support the sales team with maintaining and updating client list. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process (training provided). Monitor/oversee flight departures and coordinate necessary updates. Make prompt, clear decisions that may involve tough choices or considered risks. Greet and welcome staff and guests and be responsible for mail/courier ingoing and outgoing and sorting and distribution of daily mail/deliveries. Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including communicating with building management and vendors. Sharing and posting building memos, managing parking permits, and submitting maintenance requests. Maintain a maintenance schedule for office equipment. Monitor and verify utility bills, office invoices, IT invoices and other recurring expenses. Mains budgets, stock lists, and orders office supplies as needed. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. Assists in planning and coordinating internal events and meetings. Arranges meetings, books rooms, and plans refreshments. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for internal staff as required. Assist the Finance team with expenses, invoices, checks, purchase orders, and the monthly credit card statement reconciliation. Assist HR and IT with the new starters process, preparing for new employees and recruitment/onboarding. Participate in additional administrative or departmental projects as needed.
