About The Position

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for submitting retailer promotional contracts, managing retailer portals, and maintaining several other customer external portals. This person should have experience completing trade contracts, calculating rates and margins, data entry, and Microsoft Office. You will work alongside our sales team to ensure our promotions are submitted correctly, and all portals are current.

Requirements

Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers and team members
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills are needed for tasks like creating sales reports
Aptitude for problem-solving is valuable for addressing administrative challenges
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial for managing diverse tasks and prioritizing work
High sense of urgency
A minimum of 3 years of experience in food/beverage industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Project management experience can be a plus

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining all of our SKU and brand content on customer portals
Manage and submit accurate retailer promotional contracts
Help with the coordination of information flow and communication between sales, sales support, and cross functional departments
Help support the sales team with contract submission in trade management program
Oversee data entry and administration tasks for internal sales portals
Communicate with broker partners and the internal team to get information and proof of performance
Perform various functions, primarily to improve sales operation processes and efficiency of the sales department
Organize and deliver on all internal and external deadlines
Other duties as assigned
