About the position

Aerosonic, founded in 1953, is a leader in aviation instrumentation and avionics equipment, including air data systems, standby displays, digital and mechanical standby instruments, sensors, and probes. We are currently seeking an on-site Sales Administrator for our Clearwater, FL facility. This role is crucial for managing contracts and purchase orders within Aerosonic and for all customers. The Sales Administrator will support the Sales Team and address internal and external issues impacting customers, employing a creative problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare/provide customers with quotations, warranty details, and pricing information.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationship management and account health.
  • Process customer purchase orders and provide ongoing support along with communication between buyers/planners/production managers on new and existing requirements.
  • Collaborate directly with Business Unit Managers in discussions relating to activities and business needs of customers.
  • Provide daily, quarterly, and end of month booking data and bookings status reports.
  • Assist Sales and Business Unit team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Accounting.
  • Entry level to two years experience in administrative, customer service, and creating/managing electronic filing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP software skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
