Requirements

  • 2+ years in Sales Administration.
  • Computer experience - familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work hard and to learn and understand our business.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with agricultural, construction, or mowing equipment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and organizational support to a sales team by invoicing orders, maintaining customer databases, and managing invoices and settlements.
  • Communicate effectively with others at all levels of the company.
  • Ensure accuracy and find Incentives and Sales bonuses.
  • Work with and be familiar with JD Quote system, CERES, and JD Sales Center.
  • Understand JD Customer Payoff.
  • Create and stay organized while creating Used Tags for Trade-In Equipment.
  • Understand Customer Accounting and Sales HUB.
  • Work with and understand Powergard Purchases.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of equipment rentals.
  • Engage in creative problem-solving as needed to help accomplish sales department and company objectives.
  • Be a true relationship builder, ready and willing to assist the sales department or other departments if needed.
