The Sales Administrative Assistant supports our sales team to ensure seamless communication, accurate documentation, and smooth event execution across the resort. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments including Sales, Restaurants, Banquets, Guest Services, Recreation, and Accounting. This position plays an important part in maintaining Basin Harbor’s service standards and ensuring that group and event details and in-house programming are clearly communicated and executed accurately.
