About The Position

The Musco Global Operations Team has an opening for a Sales Administrative Assistant at our Oskaloosa, IA office. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you! Essential Criteria:

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and internet search engines
  • Ability to work well with others and be a team player
  • Ability to independently prioritize and follow through as required to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Studies, or a technical field preferred
  • Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus
  • Foreign language skills a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and prepare PowerPoints, spreadsheets, and other reports for sales management team meetings and trainings
  • Help maintain Dev Sales Microsoft Teams channel, SharePoint page, and help develop resources and references to support the field sales team
  • Work with sales operations leaders to track and follow up on sales team requests and initiatives
  • Research and create projects in the Musco sales program; enter organizations, contracts, and facilities information
  • Copy e-mail correspondence and attachments into internal systems for record keeping and tracking purposes
  • Use templates to prepare sales documents such as sales submittals, operations manuals, warranty documents, and other requests as needed
  • Print and bind sales proposals as requested, order binding supplies and sales literature
  • Coordinate meeting preparations and minute taking as needed. Maintain department calendar and team lists
  • Research, download, and track bid documents and specifications
  • Assist in monitoring sales projections and projects
