About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant with experience delivery exceptional service to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance. You will be responsible for assisting the Sales Managers with administrative duties. The Sales Administrative Assistant follows up on leads, coordinates the planning of amenity arrangements, confirms reservations and upgrades. We are looking for someone who is organized, has the ability to multi-task and has strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of all Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher required
  • Work authorization in the United States
  • As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Administrative Assistants to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Opera and Delphi preferred
  • One to two years’ experience working in Sales or Hospitality preferred
