Alta Material Handling is seeking a full-time Sales Administration Coordinator to join the team at our location in Lakeville, MA. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of; but, limited to: Efficiently process administrative portion of the equipment sales, service &/or leases, interacting with Vendors, Sales, Service, Accounting & Leasing Departments Follow up on status professionally with vendors & internal departments Pay close attention to details for meticulous file organization & management Report status updates and escalate issues appropriately Ensure all policies & procedures are being followed Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities: Invest in the Best Passion for Excellence Mutual Respect One Team Customers for Life Consistent & reliable attendance in person, working diligently during scheduled hours Perform other duties, as assigned
