The Sales Administration team supports the operational and administrative functions that keep the Sales organization running smoothly. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across client onboarding, order fulfillment, communication, compliance, and internal coordination—ultimately reducing client friction and elevating service quality. Serve as a liaison between internal teams (Sales, Contracting, Membership, Pricing, Warehouse) and external customers. Manage shared mailboxes and respond promptly to inquiries. Copy assigned Sales Representatives on relevant client communications. Support inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and accuracy.
