The Sales Administration Analyst for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization plans and implements projects that support the sales organization. Assists Sales Organization in providing technical and administrative product information. Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM. Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements. “Let’s Achieve Great Outcomes. What You’ll Do: Coordinate supply chain between TD SYNNEX, a national consumer electronics distributor, and its customers, which consists of both traditional, online retailers, Account Managers and Sales Reps. Responsible for the post sales processing of orders, including order entry, inventory, tracking, and customer service. Works daily with Sales Rep on item set-ups, item cross references, product allocations and pricing. Manage Customer Order Management Portals. Work with Product Managers to secure inventory, fill backorders, request merchandise transfers (MT’s) and manage EOL sku’s consumption. Works with VCM’s to manage SPA/ SCM, including requests for funding changes, date changes and quantity budget changes. Works daily with warehouses to coordinate shipments, specifically customers and 3rd party carrier pickups. Performs other additional duties as assigned.
