Alloy Fasteners creates products to help hold the world together! Our Cranston, RI distribution center is looking for a Sales Admin. As a Sales Admin you will be assisting the sales staff with customer communications, order entry, maintaining product pricing, and assisting with inventory management. You will be part of a growing Team! We have high customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries with a friendly professional demeanor, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will be: Building sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication Maintaining in-stock inventory for customer needs Using Excel, Word, and Microsoft applications every day Multi-tasking and practicing attention to detail Working as a member of a growing team Problem-solving Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner Having a positive and professional demeanor Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience is a plus! Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge and experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience is a plus!
