Sales skill second. The Opportunity We are hiring a high-performing Sales Acquisitions Lead to convert warm inbound leads into signed real estate contracts. This is not cold calling or order-taking. This is strategic closing. You’ll work directly with motivated homeowners, guiding them through a professional sales process designed to create clarity, confidence, and commitment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience (real estate experience not required )
  • Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of conversations and follow-up
  • Comfort working within a structured sales process and KPI framework
  • High personal accountability in a remote environment
  • Competitive, coachable mindset
  • Must be residing in South Carolina for business opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Speak with inbound seller leads
  • Diagnose homeowner situations
  • Evaluate properties and numbers
  • Negotiate win-win offers
  • Execute contracts with precision
  • Follow up relentlessly until the deal is closed
  • Responding quickly and professionally to warm inbound leads
  • Conducting virtual appointments with homeowners
  • Evaluating properties and determining competitive offer ranges
  • Negotiating and securing signed purchase agreements
  • Sending offers, managing documentation, and updating the CRM accurately
  • Meeting daily and weekly KPIs (calls, appointments, offers, contracts)
  • Participating in weekly huddles, call reviews, and ongoing sales training

Benefits

  • Base Commission: 12% of Gross Profit per closed deal
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Close $40,000+ GP/month → additional 5% (17% total)
  • Quarterly Catch-Up Bonus: Close $120,000+ GP/quarter → retroactive bonus applied
  • Self-Sourced Deals: 25% of Gross Profit on contractor-generated leads not already in the CRM
  • Senior Acquisitions Status: Earned at $500,000 cumulative GP closed
  • 15% base commission
  • Up to 20% with bonuses
