Requirements

Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
Excellent communication skills (required).
Strong amount of emotional intelligence.

Nice To Haves

Experience using VAuto to run approximate appraisals (preferred).

Responsibilities

Ability to identify vehicles that we want to make offers on and collaborating with sales and used car managers.
Experience working with customers that are interested in trading in their vehicles and collaborating with the sales team to transition customers.
