About The Position

Position at JBS USA Sales Account Representative Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Sales Account Representative for the Regional Beef Inside Sales team, located in our Greeley, CO headquarters. The ideal candidate will be determined to make the sale and have exceptional customer relations skills. This role will be based in office here in Greeley, CO.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree preferred with a major in one of the following: Agri Business, Meat Science, Business, Marketing, Ag Econ or Animal Science.
  • Minimum 5 years or more previous meat sales experience or experience in a comparable field.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Comfortable working in an office environment daily.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
  • Ability to navigate customer/client conversations, that leads to selling/ developing brands and relationships
  • Strong communication, sales planning skills required
  • Basic computer skills required including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with multiple buyers across national retailers
  • Use product and market knowledge to generate sales
  • Contact buyers daily to discuss availability and pricing
  • Manage account blocks & drive for profitable growth
  • Responsible for following market conditions and recognizing market trends
  • Thorough understanding of customers’ entire organizational structure and merchandising strategy
  • Work with margin management to increase sales margin performance
  • Provide outstanding customer service, becoming the first call & trusted advisor
  • Leverage knowledge of the company’s products, specifications and programs to provide solutions to customer opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
