  • Develop strong relationships with a solution-driven approach to create win-win opportunities.
  • Obtain and maintain extensive market knowledge and expertise.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with other team leads to establish smooth working relationships and communication channels.
  • Compose internal/external collateral and presentations to enhance business opportunities and the organization's profile.
  • Evaluate current product mix for viability, efficiency, and profitability.
  • 7 years of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • 6 years of management experience
  • 5 years of experience in sales or sales management
  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • Experience in business development
  • Knowledge of HACCP and GMP in the food industry
  • Strong communication skills
