In this role, you will deliver best-in-class Guest experiences from the inquiry stage to post-event follow-up. You will partner with the Director of Sales (DOS) to foster a fun and engaging work environment while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all goals and objectives assigned by the DOS are completed in a timely manner, identifying opportunities for sales process improvements, and communicating them to the DOS. You will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of all events and meet or exceed outbound sales objectives to grow event sales. Additionally, you will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies such as the Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureaus. You will also drive awareness of the Topgolf brand in the community and demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.
