About The Position
The Sales Representative will develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand sales while promoting Estes transportation services within an assigned territory. This role involves providing reports on sales activities over a specified period, utilizing CRM tools to build a customer base, and enhancing product services and customer relationships. The representative will interface with customers to understand their overall objectives and requirements, maintain account relationships through regular contact, and advise customers of new product and service offerings while obtaining feedback. Additionally, the representative will share details on additional offerings to provide value-added services, expedite the resolution of customer concerns, and prepare and conduct service presentations. The role also contributes to quarterly and annual business forecasting by providing insights on account trends and future customer needs, promoting world-class customer care throughout the terminal, and meeting predetermined sales goals and objectives with weekly progress reports. Regular attendance is required, and the job may involve performing other duties as assigned based on operational and safety needs.
