TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES Account & Relationship Management Drive growth and profitability strategies at the accounts in responsibility. Owns the account strategy within assigned accounts and communicates to extended teams on an account-by-account basis. Establishes strong relationships at all organizational levels within the customer base and understands customers’ processes, business drivers, and organizational models. Understands the industry (Automotive), the customer’s organization, and desired business outcomes. Become an expert on A2Mac1 offerings and delivery mechanisms as well as partner capabilities relevant to assigned accounts. Survey the market trend to anticipate customer requests. Contribute to new technologies proposal and support product team in front of the customer to develop the portfolio product. Sales & Commercial Operations Manage all commercial aspects such as sales forecasts, pricing, customer approvals for products, and cash collection in coordination with internal functions. Support the regional sales forecast and business plan Follows A2Mac1 sales process using Zoho platform and knows assigned accounts, plans for growth, maintains a healthy opportunity funnel, drives opportunities to closure and evaluates performance to goal. Professional Background Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or proven record of experience
