About The Position

The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and effectively promoting our products and services within their assigned markets or channels. The role covers Professional Health Division (PHD) markets including post-acute facilities, Emergency Medical Services, and correctional facilities, with key buying influences such as directors of nursing, supply chain, and procurement officers. Consumer Health Division (CHD) markets include retail pharmacies, hospitals, HME/DMEs, and endocrinology offices, targeting endocrinologists, pharmacists, diabetic educators, medical assistants, office managers, directors of supply chain, and procurement officers. Dental Health Division (DHD) markets include general and holistic dental practices, community health dental clinics, and Dental Support Organizations, with key decision makers being dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and office managers.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in an account management role
Strong account management, project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Highly motivated and self-directed who function well in a results-oriented and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, engagement with channel partners, networking, participation at industry tradeshows, and other lead generation techniques.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and be able to effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing how our offerings can meet their specific needs.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
Collaborate with the sales team and sales leader to develop effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans.
To identify opportunities and threats, stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using Salesforce.com.
Gather customer feedback to understand their evolving needs and preferences, helping shape our product development and marketing strategies.
Stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
