We’re looking for a high-impact Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of operations, client experience, and revenue growth. This is not a passive account management role—this person owns the relationship from first conversation through long-term partnership. You’ve likely worked inside a 3PL or fulfillment environment, supporting fashion or retail brands, and understand what “good” looks like—from SOP execution to inventory accuracy to client communication. You know how to solve problems in real time, translate operational complexity into client confidence, and turn satisfied customers into long-term, expanding partnerships. You enjoy building relationships and are able to clearly see and communicate why outsourcing to a 3PL is simply the most efficient and scalable partnership when building a brand. This role is equal parts relationship builder, operator, and commercial driver.
