About The Position

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience in managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and delivering customized solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • SALES & REVENUE GROWTH
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives.
  • MARKET RESEARCH & COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
  • SALES PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • CONTRACT MANAGEMENT & NEGOTIATION
  • Handle contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and payment terms with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
