The Sales Account Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent customer service, sales support, and account management. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to develop and maintain relationships, manage account activities, and respond to inquiries and requests. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field
  • Proven experience in sales account management
  • Excellent customer service and sales support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet customer needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure satisfaction
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies
  • Track and report customer data, sales performance, and other metrics
  • Prepare reports and presentations for customers, senior management, and other stakeholders
