Our Raleigh based headquarters is expanding, and we're seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for nurturing existing in market clients while generating new revenue opportunities by both prospecting independently and following up on assigned sales leads. This role is accountable for meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales bookings goals as well as annual sales funnel goals. Success also depends on maintaining an accurate Microsoft Dynamics CRM for activity tracking, lead management, and opportunity creation to provide management with visibility into performance and forecasting. The Account Manager must also successfully manage projects and build strong, collaborative relationships with internal support teams in design, OMS, and project management, ensuring best-in-class client outcomes.
