About The Position

At Sola, we're building the first vertically integrated insurance carrier We're a venture-backed startup building everything in-house. From our weather data technology to claims processing, we own the entire stack. This means we can move faster, price more accurately, and deliver better coverage than traditional carriers stuck with outdated systems. With home insurance costs skyrocketing, we're offering the only affordable wind/hail coverage in the market. Our coverage is resilient to fraud and market volatility because we control every part of the process. We're building the infrastructure to provide homeowners with consistent, affordable insurance when they need it most. About the Role We're looking for a highly organized Account Manager to support our rapidly growing network of insurance agencies across the U.S. This role combines behind-the-scenes coordination with hands-on partner support. You'll ensure our agency partners have everything they need to succeed, manage onboarding logistics, streamline communication, and work closely with our Territory Sales Leader to keep partnerships thriving. 2-4 years of sales experience is preferred. This is an in-person role at our beautiful Midtown Atlanta office. The work is challenging, and the hours are long, but we make it worthwhile.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted partner to agencies. You'll build genuine relationships with our agency partners, becoming their go-to resource and advocate. Help them navigate challenges, celebrate their wins, and ensure they have everything they need to grow their business with Sola.
  • Improve the agency experience. Listen to partner feedback and identify what's working and what's not. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance communication, and create solutions that make our agencies' lives easier. You're their voice inside Sola.
  • Improve operations. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements. Streamline workflows, enhance client communication, and work with tech and design teams to implement solutions. Hold teams accountable to timelines.
