This role involves being the main contact for sales, delivery, quality, and engineering matters. The manager must assist Production Control by setting priorities and managing Work-In-Process (WIP) for critical castings. Close collaboration with Customer Service Departments is required to manage and maintain web-based scheduling systems. The position also entails leading initiatives for cost reduction and quality improvement, and effectively communicating pricing information to customers.
