About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring projects are executed smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate will excel in project coordination, project management, and MIS (Management Information Systems) management, serving as the central point of communication between clients and internal teams. Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts. Resolves customer issues/problems, researches and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales. May assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, quotes or negotiations. May require a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a manager. (Increase customer satisfaction. Retain accounts. Identify needs and consult on solutions. Process and plan customer jobs. Graphik is part of a larger organization called Speedy CPS. Within Speedy CPS, there are 17 locations in Utah, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. 15 of the 17 locations are Alphagraphics locations. Alphagraphics is a brand fulfillment company helping customers with creative services, custom ordering portals, ecommerce, branding, kitting and shipping. We brand everything from printed products, signs, promo, swag - if a logo goes on it we produce it. We fulfill at break-neck speeds without losing that personal touch. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients or customers.
  • Focus on inside sales activities with a book of business or certain accounts that are assigned to the role.
  • Will do outside sales activities that will be out of the building, doing some cold calling and visiting customers.
  • Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, or online chat to introduce products or services and close sales.
  • Develop and implement account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and profitability from existing accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales data in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency.

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of client relationships
  • Be active with sales activities such as estimate follow-up, 2nd sales process, lost customer activation, new customer identification activities, and using the CRM and other sales technology to find new opportunities.
