Requirements

Has 5 years of experience in Automotive Sales and/or Engineering
Has strong developed relationships with GM Interiors Purchasing
Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree (technical or business preferred)
Has a strong understanding of injection molding, plastics and vehicle interior plastics (i.e. floor consoles, air registers, overhead consoles, decorative trim)
Has strong communication skills, both oral and written

Responsibilities

Establish and develop relationships with internal and external customers (GM specifically)
Secure and quote new business
Track and maintain current and future sales
Communicate with the plants
Manage customer score cards and create action plans to correct issues
