Position Summary: Manage and develop customer accounts to drive sales growth in targeted markets. Build long-term trusting customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, knowledge of industry and internal product capabilities. Track key account metrics to forecast business. Oversee all account management, including negotiating contracts to maximize profitability.
