About The Position

Uline is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to develop and grow their market in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This role is part of the Sales team, focusing on helping businesses across various industries find quality products with efficient service. The position offers the autonomy of managing one's own territory, identifying growth opportunities, and building relationships with existing customers through on-site visits. The Sales Account Manager will also be an integral part of the Kenosha, WI sales team, participating in weekly office visits for team camaraderie, training, and department meetings. Uline provides comprehensive training, including 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training followed by a 12-week mentorship program and continuous career development. Uline is a family-owned company and a leading North American distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, employing over 9,800 individuals across 14 locations and 17 sales offices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and great driving record

  • 5+ years previous sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business
  • Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits with customers Tuesday - Friday
  • Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high quality products
