About The Position

The Sales Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive, customer-centric, and sales-oriented mindset. The Account Manager partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enterprise Research, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, identify growth opportunities and support account-level sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of account management experience required
  • High School diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary supporting daily point of contact for assigned corporate accounts
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Support Sales Account Executives with reporting, opportunity identification, and customer communications.
  • Use Salesforce and internal systems to maintain accurate account data
  • Support LMS integrations and troubleshooting
  • Participate in quarterly account reviews and industry events as needed
