Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business or related field preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and drive new business growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of PET film or similar materials is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Grow the Business – Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with market strategy
  • Manage Key Accounts – Build and strengthen relationships with customers while driving profitability and long-term value
  • Own the Numbers – Achieve sales targets across volume, pricing, and revenue within your assigned markets
  • Be the Customer Advocate – Support day-to-day customer needs, including inquiries, inventory coordination, and issue resolution
  • Deliver Strategic Insights – Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to influence business direction
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to support product development and customer solutions
  • Present & Influence – Represent the business through customer presentations on products, capabilities, and market trends
  • Become a Technical Expert – Develop deep knowledge of polyester film applications and provide guidance to customers and internal teams
