About The Position

The individual in this position aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals. Additional functions performed include the adherence to master plans and schedules, and the development of solutions to current problems. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • PC/Symix/Syteline skills.
  • Self-directed and works well in a matrix organization.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
  • Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Four-years related work experience.
  • Familiarity with standard cost concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • US Citizenship or Perm Residency is required due to government military contracts

Responsibilities

  • Liaison with customer sourcing.
  • Coordinates customer shipping requirements with certified scheduling reports.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer demand in Wyman Gordon ERP system (dates, quantities, shipping addresses, etc).
  • Preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions.
  • Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
  • Sets up new account information and resolves customer issues/problems.
  • Responsible for ensuring customer adherence to contract terms and conditions.
  • Performs additional tasks as required.
  • Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy.
