About The Position

Univar Solutions is seeking a driven, curious, relentless, and relationship-focused problem-solver to join their team as a Sales Account Manager in their WI location. The company aims to redefine chemical distribution by providing customers with an ally and collaborative expert focused on reliability through a global network, ensuring products are delivered locally, safely, on time, and sustainably. Sales Account Managers are responsible for growing the business with new and existing customers by matching customer needs with Univar Solutions' broad product portfolio, supported by digital tools, technical experts, specialized market expertise, and a global distribution network.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role within the B2B sales environment and a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-directed and focused on outcomes, taking initiative, acting decisively, and consistently delivering results.
  • A good listener, curious, with a passion for learning about customers’ needs, solving problems, and winning business.
  • Ability to plan and prepare to conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
