About The Position

Uline, a trusted name in North America, is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to expand its market in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This role involves helping businesses discover quality products with exceptional speed and service. The position offers the opportunity to act as the 'CEO' of your territory, identifying growth opportunities and building relationships with existing customers through on-site visits. The role is supported by a Boston, MA sales team for camaraderie, training, and department meetings. New hires receive 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training, followed by a 12-week mentorship program and continuous career development. Uline is a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, with over 9,800 employees across 14 locations and 17 sales offices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and great driving record

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years previous sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business
  • Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits with customers Tuesday - Friday
  • Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high quality products
