About The Position

Requirements

  • Ideally, a bachelor's degree in a Science or Business-related discipline. Lab- or other relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Flexibility to train in St. Louis, Missouri, and willingness to relocate after training for territory management.
  • Passion and drive to succeed, with eagerness to grow within an entrepreneurial, innovative, and results-driven sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through key departments (R&D, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance) to actively learn how the business operates and how to sell effectively.
  • Work closely with a mentor to develop sales skills, build customer relationships, and prepare for full sales responsibility.
  • Manage and grow your own sales territory as a Sales Account Manager, driving business development and delivering results after completing training.
