The Sales Account Manager/Reservationist is responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships from development to completion of service. A key objective is to build and retain ECHO/AFC relationships over multiple markets while generating new revenue with consistent margin. Ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Candidate required to type minimum 60 WPM with accuracy, handle busy phones and ability to confidently meet with clients face to face. Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively is required. This position is full-time in office position, Monday through Friday however, occasional overtime and weekends are required. Ground Transportation experience is a must specifically in the Motor Coach and Charter industry.
