About The Position

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships within the North Alabama market for the Straight to Ale portfolio. This role focuses on increasing product visibility and ensuring that unique offerings reach a broader audience through direct engagement with clients and retail partners. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, passionate about craft beverages, and skilled in relationship-building to meet sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of sales experience in the beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of craft beer, spirits, and related products
• Proven track record in account management and growing sales territories
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to work independently
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory
• Passion for craft beverages and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, on-premise, and off-premise accounts to drive sales and maximize market share.
• Identify new business opportunities within the territory and execute targeted strategies to meet sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal brand presence and gather insights.
• Partner with the marketing team to implement brand initiatives and support product launches.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the craft beverage industry, trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and account feedback.
