About The Position

As a Sales Account Lead, you will attract and maintain customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers while serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities. You will work with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets, identify opportunities to expand business with existing key accounts, and align sales efforts with customer needs and company objectives to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. Your role will involve proactively engaging with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities, and providing solutions to address their needs and drive value. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals, managing the sales pipeline for key customers, tracking sales activities, forecasting revenue, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals. Staying informed about industry trends and market dynamics will be crucial, as will analyzing sales reports to establish strategies for assessing customer purchase potential and growing market share. You will also respond to quote submittals, process sales orders, and perform all sales functions in accordance with company policy. Participation in scheduled sales meetings, maintaining customer profile data, and resolving customer problems will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work with the customer, Profit Center Manager, and Credit Manager to facilitate payment of accounts receivable and support all Profit Center activities as part of the team.
