About The Position

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning, key account management, and day-to-day customer support. The position balances leadership and analytical responsibilities with direct customer engagement to ensure strong relationships, accurate forecasting, and seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Korean.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Account Management.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing or Chemical setting.
  • Experience in SAP software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, including high-value and strategic clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expansion strategies, and account growth initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to Sales Account Executives to drive performance and consistency.
  • Establish and maintain sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking systems.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and continuous sales performance improvement.
  • Support negotiation of contracts, pricing, and key business agreements.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate invoicing and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor order status, AR-related follow-ups, and customer requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounting) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and alignment with customer needs.
  • Track and report on sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
