Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience; knowledge of shop flow is a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities through customer relationships.
  • Conduct sales presentations and tours to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
