About The Position

As an Account Executive at Security Journey, you’ll drive meaningful revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through multi‑threading, negotiation, and close—while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver our learner‑first mission to customers. You’ll navigate complex buying environments, build strong champions, and help organizations elevate their secure coding practices, all while operating with autonomy, curiosity, and a high sense of ownership. This is a high‑impact role where your work directly shapes our momentum and advances secure development across global engineering teams. This is a remote (work from home) position for candidates based on the East Coast of the United States.

Requirements

  • Curious, motivated, resilient, competitive.
  • Strong discovery + storytelling.
  • Technically comfortable with dev/security buyers.
  • 3–5+ years tech SaaS sales.
  • Experience with multi ‑ stakeholder enterprise cycles.
  • HubSpot + outbound discipline.
  • Located on the East Coast of the US

Responsibilities

  • Drive entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Build/manage pipeline through inbound + outbound.
  • Deliver strong discovery, storytelling, and demos.
  • Multi-thread deals across stakeholders.
  • Maintain forecasting + HubSpot hygiene.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally.
