About The Position

Sterling ATM, Inc. is a Utah-based design and manufacturing company serving financial institutions nationwide. We’ve been named Manufacturer of the Year by the Utah Manufacturers Association and are proud to be one of the fastest-growing companies in the state. As we continue our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Account Executive who is a true hunter — someone who wakes up hungry to chase new business and thrives on closing deals. This is an in-person role based in Utah, and we’re looking for local candidates only.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B outbound sales experience (manufacturing or related industry a plus)
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate, and close new business
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if you have hustle and results to back it up

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and close: Drive revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on outbound activity
  • Use your product knowledge and competitive edge to cold call, email, network, and get in front of the right decision-makers
  • Consistently fill your pipeline with qualified leads using creative tactics and persistence
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with new clients and hand off to the internal team for execution
  • Be a visible and vocal driver of growth — bring ideas, energy, and hustle every day
